  • You have completed most of the initial planning, and here is where our team steps in and will take over managing all the details for your event so you can enjoy it.

About us

Welcome! I’m Charlene, the lead designer and epic planning partner for your next event.

I’m a Bellwood, IL native, and I love connecting with others for their special moments, especially my community.

My 20 years of corporate, educational, non-profit, event design, and decor experience wasn’t an overnight success. I’ve taken my career seriously to help my guests create memorable moments to enjoy.

I attended Jackson State University in Jackson, MS, where I studied Marketing and Business Management. I later studied Hospitality and Tourism Management at Roosevelt University (Chicago), and I’m now a well-experienced and certified Wedding and Specials Coordinator here to accompany you on your next epic event.
