Each dinner is hosted in a unique, undisclosed location, thoughtfully designed to reflect the theme of the organization that is being featured. Guests only discover the location after purchasing tickets, adding an element of anticipation, intimacy, and unforgettable surprise.

Our second Dinner will be hosted Saturday May 9, 2026 from 5:00pm-9:00pm, where we will be honoring LOOP-US: Keeping You in the Know on All Things LUPUS! Their mission is to make the “invisible disease” visible by raising awareness, providing education, and offering scholarships and grants to support those affected by lupus, their families, and their communities.

Charlene is the owner and lead designer of C2Detail Events, with over 20 years of experience creating unforgettable events across corporate, education, non-profit, and luxury spaces. Her client roster includes brands and institutions such as Ty Inc., Eaglewood Resort & Spa, the Chicago Cubs, Northwestern University, Make-A-Wish Chicago, and Chicago Public Schools - among others.

A proud Illinois native, she’s driven by a love for meaningful celebrations that strengthen community. Her career has been built on intention, creativity, and genuine connection—not overnight success—and she designs every event to leave guests with a lasting impression.

Charlene is an alum of Roosevelt University (Hospitality and Tourism Management), as a Certified Special Events Planner, and Jackson State University (Marketing and Business Management) she brings heart, vision, and flawless execution to every detail - because every celebration should feel epic.
